My name is Jess and I am a self directed Biopharma and Techbio Scientist turned Data Strategist. I thrive at the intersection of data, technology and talent to drive delivery of organizational priorities. Data and technology are about people. But even more fundamentally, its about culture.

I am accustomed to working with the technical parts of the organization including Technology, Engineering, AI, Product and Data Science matrices. I am equally comfortable working with the scientific personas including Research, Discovery, Clinical Development, Manufacturing, Commercial, Global Health, Medical Affairs and Vaccine teams. Accelerator Teams including IT, Legal, Governance, Business Development are consistent trust partners.

My diversity both as a globe trotter and through varied professional experiences have shaped my growth mindset and continue to evolve my thinking through such diversity and shear privilege of toggling at work with these varied personas.

• Leverage an engineering mindset to drive scalable, data democratization and transformations powered by Gen AI and LLMs on data ecosystems.

• Deliver data / AI strategy goals through collaborations with global business units

• Lead strategic programs with cross functional teams ensuring we build the right products, with scalable data foundations, on easy to use data platforms

As a Scientist, I:

​

• Have operationalized large asset portfolios across all phases of drug development. I have delivered medicines for commercialization across therapeutics and markets including NA, LATAM, EU and North East Asia.

As a Data Ambassador, I:

• Am a Governing Body Member of the Toronto CDAO Community. I also lead and engage in thought leadership discussions at CDO Magazine, IDC/CIO and the Conference Board of Canada forums on data, technology, analytics. digital transformation and Gen AI.
